The accessibility requirements arise from Sections 3 (1) to (4) and Section 4 of BITV 2.0, which was issued on the basis of Section 12d of the BGG.The accessibility of the “MeinVLK” app of the Transport Association of the District of Kelheim (VLK) was tested in an external assessment by the company imbus AG based on the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance 2.0 and the Bavarian E-Government Regulation (BayEGovV), taking into account the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
The app of the Transport Association of the District of Kelheim (VLK) is partially compliant with BayEGovV. It largely meets the requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) as well as the Level AA criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
